error during install

Very strange. Still cannot reproduce.

I'll uploading a new version of mhash-0.9.2 in a few hours, which fixes 
and optimizes tiger, see 
http://www.cs.technion.ac.il/~biham/Reports/Tiger/, (patches by Matthew 
Mueller) and fixed python.
I want to add the python module also.
