Missing directories in @INC with perl 5.8.7 and cygwin 1.5.18-1

from what you've mentioned, we know you've got
//swece/sweperl/module/CPAN/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.2
...
but does
//swece/sweperl/module/CPAN/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7
exist?
