I'm having trouble using ggv and evince when built for
ghostscript-x11-8.x. Evince will open a PDF without problems, but when
viewing a postscript file, the following is sent to terminal and only
blank pages (the correct number, however) are shown.

** (evince:5084): CRITICAL **: No pipe to gs: error in send_ps().

** (evince:5084): CRITICAL **: No pipe to gs: error in send_ps().

** (evince:5084): CRITICAL **: No pipe to gs: error in send_ps().

With the same postscript file, ggv will show the file at launch, but if
I resize the file, then it goes blank, and refreshing doesn't help. But
gv (in the distro) won't show the file right the first time, but it will
after clicking Redisplay.

With both evince and ggv, I configured with --with-gs=/usr/X11R6/bin/gs.

cygcheck output attached. Any ideas?
