1.5.19: apache-1.3.33-2 eventual hang/stuck.

FYI..

I found a backup of cygwin install directory from my other computer 
dated July 2005.  setup.exe is 2.457.2.2 not sure which cygwin release 
is that.

It had apache-1.3.33-1 and it works fine.  Got apache+php+Gallery & 
friends working :).

Maybe this is not a apache problem?
