qt-mt pkgconfig file - missing -lresolv

Hi,

I noticed that qt-mt.pc pkg-config file contains -lresolv, but this
library does not exist in the cygwin distribution.

> pkg-config qt-mt --libs
-L/usr/lib/qt3/lib -L/usr/X11R6/lib -lqt-mt -lGL -lXmu -lXi -lXrender
-lXrandr -lXcursor -lXft -lfreetype -lfontconfig -lXext -lX11 -lSM
-lICE -lresolv -lz -lpthread

Perhaps it should be removed.
