gcc-3.4.4 compile dietlibc error on cygwin

Yes, I was confused before. I just wanted to get mkinitrd run on
cygwin to generate a image for the modules that I have cross-compiled
kernel on cygwin.  Now I know I need to crosscompile the dietlibc and
nash and copy it to the image.
