The registry access functions require an additional access flag
KEY_WOW64_64KEY to be able to access the 64 bit registry view from a 32
bit application, and RegDeleteKey must be replaced by RegDeleteKeyEx
on 64 bit systems.  Neither of these are imlemented in regtool so far.
