In which package is cygdpstk-1.dll (missing in xorg-x11-bin-dlls)?

I've been seeing rumbles of this library going away in recent xorg 
versions.  For instance, the Fedora Core 5 distribution of xorg (7.0) 
doesn't have this library at all..
