fontconfig: no symbols in libfontconfig.dll.a (2.4.1-3)

Ping Ping.  Also prevents compilation of update rxvt-unicode-X.

My workaround: I got the libfontconfig.def.in file from the -src 
package, hand-edited it to insert the correct version numbers, and then did

dlltool --input-def fontconfig.def --dllname cygfontconfig-1.dll 
--output-lib libfontconfig.dll.a

Seems to work okay.   .def file is attached.
