Exec and parent environment

Had the same problem. I had to recompile the tcl source.
I've attached the patch file.
Here's my shell log:
$gunzip -c tcl8.4.12-src.tar.gz | tar vxf -
$cd tcl8.4.12
$patch -p1 < ../tcl8.4.12-cygwin.patch
$cd cygwin/
$chmod +x configure install*
$./configure
$make
This patch isn't perfect, but it works.
