Yeah but if the problem is really with installing, I think we need to go
to the heart of the matter.  There has to be a way to get Cygwin running
without the tedium and error-prone requirement of installing it.  Couldn't
we just make it so the user could type "run cygwin" at the cmd/command.com
line and have it do the right thing?  That would be ideal!
