clean_setup.pl website disappeared ? does anyine have the latest and greates clean_setup.pl version?

I have read about the clean_setup.pl script in the current

but the link is no longer valid. ;-(

By googling I can see that this link appears to have been valid around Nov 2002.

And in June 2005 Max Bowsher was still pointing to it.

But it is now gone now. Is there an alternative home for it, somewhere? Or
