starting application

I modify the startxwin.bat line
%RUN% xterm -e /usr/bin/bash -l
to
%RUN% C:\cygwin\usr\local\bin\sylpheed-claws
or 
%RUN% /usr/local/bin/sylpheed-claws

SC start but I am not able to get a Email download. There is no
connection. What I am doing wrong?

Any ideas?
