Can't scp to a server running cygwin

I read the guidelines, and I think the only part I missed is attaching the 
cygcheck.out file. 

I have the file, but I don't have the ability to attach a file to my post 
through the gmane http interface. 

I just want to make sure that's what you were asking for before I try to figure 
out how to attach.
