cron/crontab problems.

Sure.

   1.  Install, read the README, and run rebaseall.
   2.  Try a snapshot <http://cygwin.com/snapshots/>.
   3.  Follow the problem reporting guidelines if one of the 2 options above
       doesn't fix your problem <http://cygwin.com/problems.html>.
