Well, that didn't work for me. :-(
I can run the Windows GVIM but not the cygwin gvim (?)
Cygwin shell. No X.
Trying to run gvim from the cygwin command line.
DISPLAY: 127.0.0.1:0.0
gvim: /usr/bin/gvim
gvim: cannot open display (still)
