Unable to Run Latest Cygwin in Win2k

Yes, I have checked cygwin.bat and the path is correct. I have also
checked /etc/passwd, group, profile, which are all OK. I did
encountered the problem that the files get corrupted and bash refused
to start, but not this time round.
