Minor oddities when doing a full install from scratch

I installed a complete version of Cygwin from scratch on a new machine,
installing from a local directory. Timestamp 1164087005. For historical
reasons -- it used to fail otherwise, and for all I know it still would
-- I did a Base install ("Default") followed by a Full install
("Install") rather than going straight for the Full installation in one go.

1. The Base install proceeded faultlessly.

2. After choosing a Full install Cygwin posted an error message:

    Warning! Unmet dependencies found.
The following packages are required but not selected
    Package libecpg5 required by postgresql
    Package libpgtypes2 required by postgresql
<tick> install these packages to meet dependencies (RECOMMENDED)

It seems to me (I might be wrong) that there's something odd about the
architecture of the postgresql section in setup.ini that allows this to
happen. One would expect either many of these such warnings, or none;
but not just one.

3. Installation proceeded without any further obvious glitches. However
it was evident that even though the box in (2) was ticked, neither of
these packages had been installed, because they were the only two
selected for installation at the next installation.

4. And, at this third installation, Cygwin posted an error message

Warning: moving directory /etc/postinstall/lyx.sh.done out of the way

Something minimally wrong with the packaging of lyx/?

Otherwise everything worked just fine.

Thank you. I have attached setup.log and setup.log.full.
