Tadam!  Here's the difference.  John's Netapp returns TRUE for
FILE_PERSISTENT_ACLS.  FILE_PERSISTENT_ACLS is a prerequisite for
getting real inode numbers, so you just don't have this problem
because you already get faked inode numbers.
