New ftp mirror.

I just set up new ftp mirror in Russia.
ftp://ftp.mipt.ru/mirror/cygwin

I get cygwin by rsync from cygwin.com::cygwin-ftp/ once a day.

Who I must email to be included in mirrors list?

Btw, my server and ftp.chg.ru are in Europe (Moscow region), not in Asia. :)
