ncftpbatch log entry

Hi Larry,
Here is some output of bash shell.
Stephen@JIREH ~/KCM
$ cd /
Stephen@JIREH /
$ ls -l
total 9
dr-xr-xr-x 1 0 root 0 Jan 1 1970 cygdrive
What do I do to give myself permission to write to this directory?
