Problems with GMP in latest Cygwin

Open a new command prompt without bash.  Alter the path to remove any signs
of the local Cygwin.  Stop all Cygwin services.  Change mount points to point
to the remote installation.  Try remote GMP.

This may not be a comprehensive list of tasks but points the way.
