Eliminating -mno-cygwin from gcc?

It's already been shown that file deletion is too slow in cygwin. We
don't want more performance complaints. Better do it this way:

$ cat /etc/postinstall/cygwin.sh.done
#!/bin/sh
find / -execdir d2u {} +
