Setup.exe stalls on gettext-runtime.mo

That's what I have.

It's already installed. Just for fun I removed that version. Now the 
installer is stuck on

   Installing
   perl-5.8.7-5
   /usr/lib/perl5/5.8/abbrev.pl  [blinking]
