Problem with ping in Windows Vista

Well, obviously it has nothing to do with Cygwin (also not with IP
Helper), but it's because Windows Firewall. To solve this (with
firewall on), I defined a new Inbound Rule for Windows Firewall, which
accepts all inbound ICMP packets.
