I actually took a look into this. The linux version of this program
(as hosted on Dreamhost -- version 4.7.5) has this same issue.
However the *bsd version of this program (as hosted on SDF Public
Access Unix -- Netbsd 2.0.2) does not have this issue. This may need
to be corrected upstream or if this has already been done so then it
may just need to be ported to cygwin.
