Wow.  Do you know how to program?  Do you understand what POSIX is?  It 
seems as if a newbie is making all these assertions.

This has nothing to do with POSIX.  Kindly do some reading on POSIX and 
Cygwin, and even programming, before posting your assertions on this list.

It will do you a lot of good.
