CVS SSH server. Getting following Error

cvs [server aborted]: Couldn't chdir to working
directory /usr/local/cvsrepos: No such file or
directory

I have sshd running on cvs machine and executing
following command.

veerendra_shukla@VALUED-0243CCA1 ~
$  cvs -d :ext:localhost/usr/local/cvsrepos/ co
cetproj
veerendra_shukla@localhost's password:
cvs [server aborted]: Couldn't chdir to working
directory /usr/local/cvsrepos: No such file or
directory

I tested my cvs with psever. It works great.
 But how to make it working with SSH, can someone
please guide me?
