I upgraded last night and so far everything seems to be working
except for pop3.

I telneted into it and this is what I get.

Administrator@barefoot ~
$ telnet localhost 110
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to barefoot.wess.mdns.org.
Escape character is '^]'.
+OK POP3 barefoot.wess.mdns.org 2007.101 server ready [ISafe POP3

$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-5.0 barefoot 1.5.25(0.156/4/2) 2008-04-17 12:11 i686 Cygwin

cygcheck -s -v -r > cygcheck.out  is attached.

I could use a clue or two.

Thanks in advance. I DAGS and poked at it a bit before crying out
for help.
