fstatat support

In trying to build findutils for cygwin 1.7.0, I'm running into:

fts.c: In function `fts_stat':
fts.c:1395: warning: passing arg 3 of `fstatat' from incompatible pointer type

Is there any reason why you declared fstatat to take struct __stat64 * instead 
of struct stat like all the other *stat functions in <sys/stat.h>?
