genisoimage and links. Problems?

It seems that 'genisoimage' does not add correctly the symlinks to an 
iso image.

Suppose that:

$ ls -lrt /test/
totale 2
-rw-r--r-- 1 graziosi Users 77 Jun 11 23:00 hello.c
lrwxrwxrwx 1 graziosi Users  7 Aug  4 12:32 hello -> hello.c

Now:

$ cd /tmp
$ genisoimage -r -J -graft-points -V dati-1 -o dati-1.iso test=/test

Burning 'dati-1.iso' or unpacking it shows:

$ ls -lrt test/
totale 1
-rwx------+ 1 graziosi Nessuno 77 Jun 11 23:00 hello.c
-rwx------+ 1 graziosi Nessuno  0 Jun 11 23:00 hello

Is this behaviour to be expected, have I missed something or are there 
problems with the Cygwin port of 'genisoimage'?
