How do I fetch files from the web?

There is no cweb package.  Curl is there:

<http://cygwin.com/cgi-bin2/package-grep.cgi?grep=bin%5C%2Fcurl>

Try clicking on "View" in 'setup.exe' until you get to the "Full" view.
All Cygwin packages are listed in this view in alphabetical order.
