1.7.0-27: ls /cygdrive/d doesn't work with DVD-R

Thanks for the report.  Apparently the Windows CD/DVD filesystem driver
chokes if an EA is specified in the call to NtCreateFile.  Fixed in CVS.
I'll also upload a 1.7.0-28 in a couple of minutes.
