cygwin 1.7.0-28: Broken pipe signal broken?

It fixes the missing signal, but not the write() return value.

Result with cygwin1-20080818.dll:

$ ./testpipe | dd bs=1 count=1 >/dev/null 2>/dev/null
[SIGPIPE!]write = 0, errno = 32

Unfortunately, this makes things worse: bash now exits silently on
$(...) commands, so 'bash --login' fails.
