You run no firewall, AV, or anti-spyware?  While those programs listed
have been implicated in the past, there are still others out there that
can cause problems.  It may be worth disabling and/or uninstalling any
that you have that fit these categories to see if that helps.

If all else fails, try running "setup.exe" from a command shell in which
you have removed SFU from the path.  If it's getting in the way, that should
help.  You may find that you need to separate the two in your path when
running one or the other.
