Win32::API for Cygwin Perl?

I have an unofficial one.

This works.

The new maintainer claims that he fixed all remaining gcc fixes lately
also. Not really.
  http://search.cpan.org/dist/Win32-API/
0.46 was the latest which used to work on cygwin.
