Strange things with cygdrive

I have discovered that

$ ls -lrt
totale 28
dr-xr-xr-x   1   0            root            0 Jan  1  1970 cygdrive
                 ^^^^         ^^^^^^             ^^^^^^^^^^^^
dr-xr-xr-x   1 Administrator  Administrators  0 Dec  1  2006 proc
-rwxr-x---+  1 Administrator  Users          57 Sep 27  2007 Cygwin.bat
[...]

That user (0), group (root) and date (01.01.1970) for cygdrive sound 
strange... or not?
