BTW, I think rxvt-unicode actually requires a patched /usr/bin/cygport, 
or you won't get the pseudo-utf8 support. When I get home, I'll try to 
create a modified .cygport file that uses the new functionality in the 
very latest cygport (which is similar but not identical the the features 
provided by my custom /usr/bin/cygport patches which the rxvt-unicode 
.cygport exploits)
