straightforward cygcheck enhancement (was Re: Download Cygwin once and intall it several times)

It just occurred to me that having cygcheck look for uncompleted
postinstall scripts and/or displaying the contents of the postinstall
directory might be a nice thing to have for debugging problems.

Is anyone interested in providing a patch to do this?
