1.5.25-14 cygwin on Windows Server2008 Intel64 does not run

Works fine for me on Server 2008 Standard Edition.  What do you mean by
"Intel64", x86_64 or ia64?  ia64 is not supported by Cygwin.  If it's
x86_64, maybe it's a http://cygwin.com/acronyms/#BLODA problem.
