Decompressing/Viewing zip files with Cygwin

Unfortunately the "unzip" command is not available in my Cygwin environment. 
If I try to call it, I get the following message:

$ unzip Temp.zip
bash: unzip: command not found


 How to get and integrate the "unzip" command for Cygwin?
