Problem with Cygwin and ClearCase

I just tried to reproduce, and at least I can start clearexplorer from
a cygwin bash shell without error.
I put my transcript in a pastebin, in order to avoid to have to split
the long lines to please gmane.
I have only v2003.06.00 of ClearCase.
