ssh-host-config found in 4.9p1 is broken

Hi, 

ssh-host-config found in 4.9p1 is broken. Running the script dies with the message "Unexpected end of file at line 624". By inspecting the code, I found that there is an non-closed if near line 191. There is an open if that was never closed.
