Reg linking Sybase dll in cygwin

Hi,

I am porting an linux based application to Windows. My
application uses a third party library (having an sybase
dynamic library .dll file).I have got the EXE after successful
compilation. But after run the EXE, I got the message like " STATUS
ACCESS VIOLAION"
