Jari, bzr 1.7.1-1 in Cygwin 1.7 is still completely broken for me here:

$ bzr whoami

OSError: No such file or directory

I reported this problem before, at
http://www.cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2008-09/msg00293.html.  It persists with bzr
1.7.1-1.
