problem in installing

Hi
I wanna install cygwin for running ARPS model (for atmospheric purpose)  I
need to instal all of automake options, but some of them are not valid in
setup list , although they are valid in source folder at release folder. I
update the setup.exe file from your site , but still some of them are not
valid in setup list.
I will appreciate if you guid me.
