Windows keystore and wget, curl, ssh, etc.

I have trudged around (maybe not so well) and I was wondering if anyone else has
found a way to link the windows keystore to cygwin apps like wget and ssh? I
have a smart card which I need to access remote servers. The smart card has a
X509 certificate w/ a RSA key pair.
