[1.7] Question: running from a portable drive

I do the exact same thing, much to the consternation of others
on the list.

I ended up with a batch file to start Cygwin that figures out which
drive its running on and then it writes out a custom /etc/fstab based
on that drive letter.

It's certainly not the most elegant way of doing things, but it works.
