Failure building libsigsegv-2.6 [1.7]

Eric, according to Angelo's cygcheck he already has the right
libsigsegv-2.6+-1 package, which is the same as your git repo.

Angelo, you also have the latest clisp-2.48-2 which is using libsigsegv-2.6+-1
You don't need the libsigsegv src package as libsigsegv-2.6+-1 should be enough.

And: Building xindy does not requires clisp src at all!

$ tar xfz xindy-kernel-3.0.tar.gz
$ cd xindy-kernel-3.0/src
$ make
=> xindy.mem

Their installation docs on the website appear to be for the 2.2
series, not for 3.0.
