how to get the windows PATH env in cygwin

What i mean is that, how to only get the env path of windows, such as,
`C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem".

`echo $PATH' would display the path of cygwin:
echo $PATH
/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin
